I want the world to learn how to breathe.

Breathe in your nose and relax your belly.
Breathe out your nose and slightly engage your belly.
Now, elongate the breath.
Especially, slow down the exhale.
When you breathe in relax your neck and shoulders.
When you breathe out draw your lower ribs in slightly.
When you breathe in imagine your side body expanding 3 dimensionally.
When you breathe out, pause slightly at the bottom of the breath.
